Senior Quantity Surveyor: St Albans
Established multi-disciplinary project management and cost management consultancy based on the outskirts of St Albans, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our busy team.
Our commercial projects range typically from £500k to £15m, principally within the retail, logistics, industrial and residential sectors, for national development and asset management companies.
In recent times, each member of the team has embraced undertaking project management and employer’s agent duties as part of an integrated approach to the design and construction delivery.
With a pro-active approach to managing projects, the ideal candidate will be:
- Recently qualified MRICS
- 45 mins drive time from St Albans
- Strong client facing
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong pre and post contract experience
