This consultancy specialises in commercial and residential surveys across the UK. They are rapidly growing due to a health pipeline of work and contract through to 2021. They offer home working and further professional development.

Your new role
You will be carrying out surveys across the UK, writing up reports and making recommendations for repairs. This can include commercial and residential properties. Some of the work include defect analysis, expert witness, dilapidations and party wall. You will manage your own diary, workload and work as part of the wider team to reach deadlines.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a MRICS Building Surveyor who can work independently from home or the office. You will be driven to achieve fee targets and maintain client relationships. You will ahve excellent report writing skills and sound building fabric knowledge. You will also support graduates in the development of their knowledge.
