Job Details

A friendly and busy consultancy in South Manchester is looking to expand into Building Surveying. They cover a lot of the Land and Property Management elements of consultancy, but are getting more and more instructions to carry out condition surveys, compliance checks and dilapidations, and so want someone like you in-house to handle these things.

You need to be chartered (MRICS or MCIOB), and be able to work with initiative, handling all of the work that's passed to you as the sole Building Surveyor in the business. With time, it's likely the Building Surveying department will grow and you can grow a team under you as well, so there's great career potential.

If you'd like to see a job spec or learn more, do get in touch. Apply to this advert or call Ed Collins on 0161 607 5084 for more information.
