Job Details

Midlands based Acquisitions/Assistant Development professionals, I may well have the exciting new role you are looking for. This post lies within a major land owner, who are seeking to extract value from their significant property portfolio. When appointed, you will be tasked with identifying potential opportunities, appraising viability, report on, and executing (whether that be disposal/development/asset management). Accordingly, this role requires a professional (probably F/MRICS qualified) who knows how to look for value in property. Valuation skills are essential, as is the ability to work autonomously (as part of a small, dynamic team). Salary circa £40,000 + Car Allowance + excellent benefits.
