Then please read the below as this opportunity offers both and a chance to work with some down to earth characters,

You be part of a highly respected medium sized consultancy that have some of the biggest clients in the industry such as Grosvenor Estate, Argent, Knight Dragon, and The Dorchester Hotel…. the list goes on! You would be expected to manage a number of these accounts, help build and maintain these relationships as you work to deliver large residential and hotel projects with values up to £300m.

Fantastic business that are typically known for their detail and professionalism although behind the scenes they have a fun culture, certainly the type to enjoy a well-deserved beer at the end of the week, the drinks trolley usually rolls in around 3pm in a Friday.

Staff get looked after, at this level you could receive anything up to 20% as a bonus.

Current projects:

• Large Residential
• High-end Hotel refurbishments

You:

• Ideally be MRICS
• Must have large residential experience
