Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

A dynamic property consultancy is looking to add a Building Surveyor to their Kingston office.

My client is a forward thinking organisation who have organically gone from strength to strength. They provide building consultancy, project management and quantity surveying advice across the commercial, retail and industrial sectors. The firm takes great pride in their work and ensure they deliver high levels of service.

Due to the increase in workload an opportunity has arisen for a building surveyor to join the division. The role is to work closely with the Directors assisting on several projects across London. In return, the Directors will offer their full support and guidance to support you in achieving full Chartership status.

About the role;

• Contract administration
• Project management
• Project monitoring
• Building surveys
• Schedules of condition
• Defect analysis
• Planned maintenance programmes
• Reinstatement cost assessments

About you;

• BSc in Building Surveying
• Minimum 18 months APC completed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Client facing demeanour
• Full UK Drivers Licence
