Job Details
Our client, a well-known property consultancy with offices throughout the world, has an immediate requirement for a Rating Surveyor at AD level to join their team. This is a rare opportunity to have the flexibility to be based from home or part-time from their state of the art, Central London offices. Our client is in major growth mode and have created new roles to support with Directors to help manage a large existing book of casework as well as help develop new business and drive business forward. The positions exist all over the country with particular focus North, East and West of London stretching up to the Midlands.
They are looking for a motivated and intelligent surveyor who will work on a wide range of instructions across the retail, office, industrial, health and leisure sectors across asset classes. The role offers the prospect of excellent experience and future career progression along with some impressive blue-chip corporate clients.
Skills and Criteria
MRICS/IRRV
Previous experience of dealing with rating appeals
Excellent report writing and verbal presentation skills
Excellent client liaison skills
A self-reliant and commercial attitude
A steady and solid work history with little movement
