Carriera is recruiting for a client that offers primarily project management, building surveying, and cost management. They work through residential development, education, automotive, hotels & leisure and commercial sectors. Projects vary in complexity and value and are usually between £5million and £100 + million.

About the role

As a design manager you be working alongside the lead partner to lead the design package on a flagship project that will offer job security for a number of years ahead.

About you

Design management experience within a developer and/or consultancy is desirable as is experience working on schemes with a value of £30m+. The right candidate will be able to interrogate drawings, lead meetings with sub-consultants and drive the early RIBA stages autonomously.
