Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

A boutique commercial property consultant is looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their City office.

My client is a forward thinking firm who are situated within the heart of London, only minutes walk from Liverpool Street station. They predominately undertake exclusive schemes across London and the surrounding home counties.

The practice is a progressive firm and have been established for over 20 years, operating successfully within the commercial, industrial and retail sectors. Due to the increase in workload an opportunity has arisen for an experienced well-rounded Senior Building Surveyor to join the team.

About the role;

The Senior Building Surveyor will play an integral part in the building surveying division adding quality and experience to the already successful team. My client is currently servicing their prestigious portfolio undertaking refurbishment, maintenance and dilapidations advice.

We are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor who has the appetite to further their development and career. You will deliver programmes from inception to completion whilst manages serval schemes. Projects range from £300k - £5million.
