Calling all Healthcare Valuers!
A leading, global firm of Chartered Surveyors is seeking to hire a Commercial Valuation Surveyor and healthcare specialist to join the team, covering maternity leave for a period of 12 months with a strong chance that the position will turn permanent.
Based remotely through the pandemic, you will be joining a growing UK Living and Advisory team with a national remit and a stellar reputation in healthcare.
The team is split between London, Bristol and Edinburgh, completing both traditional and profit-based valuations for care homes, primary healthcare properties, private hospitals and GP surgeries. You will be completing high-grade work for high street banks, specialist lenders and large investors.
This is a superb opportunity to get a foot in the door with one of the worlds top real estate consultancies; in a sector that continues to see huge demand.
