Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a permanent, full time (36.25 hours) Procurement Quantity Surveyor (PQS), based in Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington with a salary package of circa £35,000.00 per annum.

If you are looking for an exciting new role, this is a great opportunity to join the Business improvement Team at CCHA.  As a PQS this is an exciting time to become a member of our team as CCHA continues to grow and deliver the best possible services to our customers.  We are looking for a PQS to lead the quantity surveying section of a brand-new team within the Association.  

The new team will be leading on business improvement and innovation, with a focus on service improvement for our residents.  Within this team, the PQS will be the quantity surveying specialist amongst professionals responsible for project management, business intelligence and IT services.
