Commercial Property Manager - Premium Portfolio

Are you a Commercial Property Manager looking for an upgrade on the quality of your portfolio?

This property management surveying role will provide you with the platform to elevate your status, working for arguably UK's most prestigious property holding company.

We have been instructed by a global consultancy who are acting as sole advisor and managing agent for a high profile, retail and food and beverage portfolio in the West End of London at circa 8m sq ft.

We are seeking to hire an ambitious Surveyor who has the appetite to express themselves for one of London's largest landowners

You will need to be either soon to be qualified, with commercial property management experience or Surveyor / Senior Surveyor level, ideally with experience managing trophy assets. The salary on offer will depend on your experience and/or qualification status.

Your role will see you working in a close-knit team, reporting into the Lead Asset Manager for this particular client, boasting a vibrant working culture with a work hard, play hard ethos. You will be given both autonomy and support in an environment that offers the support and stability a corporate can offer, coupled with the intimate feeling of working client side on a premium portfolio.

The successful applicant will be familiar with commercial property management, lease management, service charge budgeting and have a good general understanding of Commercial Property.
