Building Surveyor

A reputable and high profile building consultancy located in Guildford are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their expanding multi-disciplinary team.

The successful Building Surveyor will be working alongside a team of client-focused leading professionals with high profile clients.
You will undertake a mix of professional and project work within a wide variety of sectors including Education, Heritage, Industrial etc..

The Role of Building Surveyor will include;

* Design and contract administration
* Technical due diligence
* Party wall matters
* Strategic asset management
* Interacting with new and existing clients

Ideally you will have:

* BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
* MRICS
* Client-facing demeanour
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
