Job Details
1st Select have been instructed by a leading consultancy to recruit a Graduate Building Surveyor for their growing Manchester office.
The ideal candidate will have one years’ experience in consultancy and have some experience in:
CDM regulations
Principal Designer
Feasibility studies
Budget costings
Building surveys
Technical report writing
MS Project skills
Design & specification writing skills
NBS – production of prelims/preambles documents
JCT contracts
