Winchester City Council services 250 square miles of central Hampshire, covering a diverse mix of historic towns and villages and beautiful rural countryside.

We are seeking an enthusiastic self-motivated Building Control Surveyor to manage one of two teams in our friendly yet busy office.

The successful candidate will be fully qualified in a Building Control, Building Surveying or Building Engineering discipline with at least five years relevant experience in a Building Control environment. At least some of this experience should be at a senior level and some supervisory experience would be an advantage.
