Working as senior project manager to deliver 200+ homes within the Bristol area. The company are engaged with the community and are committing to delivering desired homes within the area.
What you'll need to succeed
- Key responsibilities:
- Manage the design team
- Manage the commercial team and ensure the budget is maintained upon delivery
- Programme management
- Manage to site team.
- Expectations of company values
- Work within the regulations and compliance expected
