Rural Surveyor - Somerset

Beach Baker are delighted to have been instructed to recruit a Surveyor, in Somerset/Wiltshire. The firm offer an array of services within the rural market, including livestock auctioning and due to succession planning, require an experienced Rural Surveyor, within the firm.

The role offers flexibility and the opportunity to implement fresh ideas within the firm. As a Rural Surveyor, you will play a key role as part of the Rural team dealing with a varied workload of; Landlord and Tenant issues, Valuation, Livestock auctioning and some agency. You will be working with a variety of clients, with the opportunity to develop more business elsewhere.

The successful candidate will be MRICS qualified with a good understanding of L&T law and experience of dealing with Valuation work. Candidates from both Private Practice and Public Sector backgrounds will be considered.
