Projects: Commercial and Residential Company Headcount: 50 - 10 Requirements of the Building Surveyor: MRICS qualified with ideally a minimum of 3 years PQEPrevious experience of delivering pre-acquisition surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidations, schedule of works, project management, CDM, assessment of rebuild for insurance purposes, party walls and planned maintenance programmesExperience gained from working within a consultancy environment Strong client facing and time management skillsExperience of leading your own teams and projects Benefits: 25 days annual leave, private healthcare, flexible working, professional subscriptions paid, pension and discretionary bonus scheme.
