Description

Conduct initial market research and cold calling activities to identify suitable properties

Undertaking site visits to explore new areas to procure properties

Arrange initial property inspections to ensure the property meets the requirements of the contract, as well as any specific requirements

Negotiate with Landlord/Agent to ensure the property is provided at best value terms

Liaise regularly with business directors

Keep up-to-date with all written and verbal communications (i.e. emails/messages/calls)

Ensure all records are maintained

Monitor own work levels, progress and development

Profile

Knowledge of regional Residential Housing market

Ideally experience in Sourcing Property for a HNW or Overseas investor.

Previous sales or lettings experience could be suitable

Professional written and verbal communication, specifically with the capability of producing a report on a property and it's suitability for purchase

Able to work on own initiative, you will be working from home

Flexible, adaptable nature with the ability to work under pressure, in a calm manner

Good time / diary management

Must have Full UK Driving licence and own car

Job Offer

Home based 1 or 2 days a week to start, but if you have contacts and can fit into the business you could quickly increase this rapidly.
