Permanent Environmental Services Manager 30k per annum

Your new role
This exciting challenging role will consist of managing in house operatives and external contractors that will be delivering a high standard of landscape maintenance Hard & Soft, cleaning of the communal areas, window cleaning and cyclical decorating programme.

Most importantly you will be the face of BCHG and will be in the front line to give excellent customer service to the communities BCHG look after.

What you'll need to succeed
A successful applicant will have a background in Ground maintenance management/ Estate Services management or hard and soft landscaping management experience.

- Ability to drive 3500kg minimum
- Horticulture NVQ, BTEC or relevant professional qualification
- SMSTS
- Ideally the ESM is qualified to EdExcel / ILM Level 5 Certificate of Management
- Experience in the responsive maintenance environment
- Experience with budgetary control
- Position will require a standard DBS check
