Job Details
Our client a leading new homes developer are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to be based on a development in Kent. The development will consist of 50 traditional build units with construction currently in place. The successful Assistant Site Manager will be in charge of taking 20 units from first fix through to handover reporting directly into a Site Manager.
Applicants must have a proven track record of working on traditional build developments overseeing first fix, second fix and final stages of build. All candidates require a valid CSCS and SMSTS certificate and be available to interview immediately.
