Job Details
I am currently recruiting for an Interim Estates Team Leader - MRICS for a six month contract to manage a team of general practice surveyors. This client side role will cover maternity. Experience managing a team is essential, some public sector would be preferable but not essential.

My client is a public sector organisation in the South East region of Berkshire.
Description
The key responsibilities would include:
- Managing the team, to ensure that the workload is being met (estates, valuations, development etc)
- Ensuring projects are being completed on time and on budget
- Good technical knowledge of estates management, to allow the mentoring of the team.
Profile
The successful Interim Estates Team Leader - MRICS will ideally be an MRICS Surveyor with experience of managing a small to medium sized team. This is an entirely remote position. Man management skills and general estates management skills are the requirements for this post.
Job Offer
The daily rate would be £350-400/ Day inside IR35 through an umbrella company. Home based role.
