GP surveyor 6 month contract


Your new company
There is a fantastic opportunity to join a large Local Authority which has an extensive range of professional services and a variety of clients. Properties include an abundance of commercial and non-commercial properties across the Birmingham area.

Your new role
You will be working within the property team, on a varied property portfolio.
Shopping parades, retail shops, city centre offices and wholesalers etc.
Servicing mostly commercial properties.
Retail Asset and Property Management including lettings and Service Charges.
Landlord & Tenant; Lease Renewals and Rent Review.

What you'll need to succeed
MRICS accredited with a strong letting and lease renewal background.

What you'll get in return
In return there is long term secured work with opportunity to work on an interesting and varied property portfolio. A 6 month contract most likely will be extended.

Hourly rates of pay are competitive and inline with market expectations.
