Job Details
Overview:
- You will be working with the Group Development Director to support and help deliver the Development Strategy for regional development areas, challenging assumptions, identifying trends and considering market intelligence, ensuring the robustness of performance measures and monitoring success against them.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all Development papers submitted to executive and board for decision making are commercially sound and financially accurate
- Support and represent the Development team in setting appropriate board-approved hurdle rates and development assumptions relevant to geography
- Oversee the accurate and timely preparation and reporting of: programme overview reporting (by Group and region); weekly cost & sales reporting; grant utilisation and other ad hoc regional projection
- Preparation of the group and regional monthly executive and Board reports in respect of the programme
- Assist and review development appraisals for new and existing projects
