Job Details
Macdonald & Company are working with a leading UK Consultancy on a Asset & Property Management opportunity.
This role is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve and protect value on behalf of a Pension Fund that has both Office and Industrial assets.
The role will include but not be limited to:
- Identifying and executing asset management opportunities to drive value via lease re-structuring and refurbishments/redevelopments
- Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals
- Break Options
- Assisting with Preparation of business plans
- Client reporting and liaison
- Budgets, forecasting, analysis to support decision making
- Management of rent and service charge raising
About you:
- MRICS Qualified (Min. 18 months PQE)
- Experience in Property/Asset Management, exposure to Investment and/or agency would also be beneficial
- Strong Negotiating skills
- Understanding of commercial leases
- Experience of liaising with stakeholders, investors, lenders
