A newly created Estates Surveyor role to join Global Property Team based in London

Our client is a multinational services provider company based in London

Description

Working within the Group Property Department the individual will be working with a dedicated team of 4 - 6 individuals to deliver transactions to our internal clients. The role involves working with multiple teams and external advisors to manage transactions across the globe. Working on international real estate portfolio spanning all global regions, industries and asset classes you will have the opportunity to build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and with third party providers.

Profile

  • Educated to degree level
  • Membership of the RICS, Corenet, IFMA is preferred
  • Real estate general practice background for either corporate, public sector or private practice.
  • Experience of working in a large organisation.
  • Rounded experience of general real estate and business skills.
