Interim GP Surveyor - Council - 6 Months – Surrey – £330 per day

My Local Authority Client based in the Surrey is currently looking for an interim Estates Surveyor to join the team on an initial 6 month contract. Due to Covid19, the role will initially be home based with a view to be in the office once social distancing has been lifted in line with government guidelines.

Skills/Roles/Requirements:

-Ideally you will be MRICS/FRICS qualified as they are looking for a Surveyor who can work on a range of general practice work which will include rent reviews, lease renewals, service charges, day to day tenant matters.

-The Council are happy to interview Surveyors who are based across the UK so even if you're not Surrey based then I's be happy to speak to you. 

-If you are a Registered Valuer or have extensive Valuation experience then the Client would be interested in seeing your CV.
