Commercial Property Manager

Macdonald & Company are working with a consultancy that specialise in offices in Central London and are looking for a Property Manager.

You will be responsible for the management of a commercial property portfolio and the role will require you to have regular contact and communication with institutional and family office clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Strategic review and preparation of due diligence information in preperation for acquisitions, purchases and sales.
• Preparing client reports on the property management service and regular formal reporting to clients
• Management of rental and other income, including tenant indebtedness
• Identifying opportunities to negotiate re-gears or reversions to achieve value enhancement
• Undertaking or arranging property inspections
• Preparation and administration of service charge expenditure

Qualifications & Experience

• MRICS qualified is desirable
• Have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience of managing a varied portfolio of commercial properties
