Senior Building Surveyor

I am currently working with a Local Authority in Bedfordshire who is looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their Property Services Team.

About the role;

• This is a great opportunity to join a professional team delivering a wide range of technical projects across the Council's portfolio including commercial properties, public buildings, and Schools.
• You will be working on a number of live complex projects, so you will need to have significant experience as a Senior Building Surveyor ideally with Local Authority experience.
• You will need the knowledge and experience to hit the ground running, work independently, and be able to be a key team member offering professional consultancy to other teams across the council.
• Must have Project Management experience

About the contract;

• Start ASAP
• £260-£300 a day
• Homeworking and some site visits (must be confident with working from home)
