You would be working for a young, cool consultancy that have been doing fantastically well since they started 3 years ago, they currently have a headcount of 10 and have plans to keep growing over the coming years, something I believe they inevitably will.

You would have full autonomy over small projects working on Residential, Commercial and Industrial developments plus refurbishments. You would also be involved in the larger sexier projects, working as part of a tactical team.

If you are already chartered then great, if not then you would have full support from your fellow piers, the business had two people successfully pass in November, something they are very proud of.

The Directors of the business are great at their jobs but also great company to be around, a massive part of their success and the reason they have not had anyone leave since the start of their reign is the fact they’ve built a fantastic culture/working environment.

That being said, finding the right character for them is key, having experience as a PQS is vital but being outgoing and ambitious is a necessity.
