Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

A multi-discipline practice is looking to add a talented Chartered/Senior Building Surveyor to their Surrey offices.

The dynamic organisation specialises in building surveying, project management and quantity surveying services. They are a close-knit team of professionals who take great pride in providing accurate advice across the built environment. My client's predominant focus is the commercial, industrial and retail sectors.

Due to the increase in workload an opportunity has arisen for Chartered/Senior Building Surveyor to join the division. My client has a healthy pipeline of work and has recently been instructed on several schemes across the capital. 

The forward thinking practice is seeking a building surveyor who has the appetite to progress and continue the organic growth. This is a great opportunity for a positive individual to make their mark on a consultancy, your hard work will be rewarded. You will have the support from the Directors to progress your career, there are specific objectives in place which offers a clear pathway to Director status.

About the role;

This is a traditional building surveying role which will encompass both project and professional disciplines. You will manage multiple schemes from inception to completion. The role is to support the Director on large programmes whilst spotting new business opportunities through the current client base. The team is currently undertaking projects for prestigious clientele within the commercial sector.

 About the successful Chartered/Senior Building Surveyor;

We are looking for a driven professional who takes great pride in their work and pays close attention to detail. You will come from a commercial background and have generic building surveying experience. A competent and confident surveyor who has good client management skills is essential.

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Commercially aware
• Strong technical knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK Drivers Licence
