Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
Property Developer - London
Immediate Start
Short Term Contract - Potentially until March 2021
£200-£230 Per Day
I have a role available for an intermediate QS to join a London based property investment and development company which owns and manages projects within the office, retail, hotel, shared workspace and leisure sectors
Our client needs short term assistance to provide cost plans for some smaller refurbishment works across their portfolio (internal fit out's / reception refurbishments etc)
The role will be 3 days per week with 1 day from the office in west London
You must have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a QS across similar sectors / projects. You must be able to manage projects with a value of £50,000-£500,000
Our client is open to those from consultancy, developer or contractor backgrounds
