Job Details

I am currently working with the UK's most prestigious estate as they look to expand their property team.

They are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of projects which form part of a large-scale Operational Improvement Works programme. This role will have a particular focus on the creation of new lift shafts, lifts and associated works, and new welfare facilities. In addition to this, you will work very closely with the wider project management team to oversee all packages of works to ensure each part of the programme is completed effectively and efficiently.

I am looking to speak to individuals with project management and substantial contractor management experience within a complex estate. Knowledge of heritage buildings/conservation is advantageous.
