Commercial Property Manager (Client-side)

Macdonald & Company are working with a Major REIT, who own Retail assets in the UK and across Europe and are looking for a Qualified Property Manager.

This role is to provide Property Management support and advice to the site teams and Asset managers. You will be responsible for 2 of their Flagship stores and will manage them in accordance with the management contracts and the RICS Code of Practice.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Assist and support the asset managers in delivering their arrears targets for the assets
• Review all tenant applications
• Provide technical property management advice in respect of the service charge and take ownership of the service charge apportionment schedules for your allocated assets
• Take responsibility for maintaining an up to date and accurate tenancy database on Horizon
• Provide advice to the General Managers/site teams in respect of retailer lease compliance issues
• Work with the development team to evolve and agree a property management strategy

About You:

• MRICS Qualified
• Demonstrable experience in retail property management
• Excellent technical, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Willing to travel to site regularly (working from home is on offer too)
