Hays have been approached by a UK based multi-disciplinary construction consultancy to help them recruit a Chartered Quantity Surveyor into their Glasgow office. My client is considered to be one of the top organisations in the industry in providing cost and project management to the private and public sectors and due to a mass amount of pipeline work, they are look to add to their team.
If you are a chartered quantity surveyor looking to get that next step in your career then this would be the perfect opportunity. You will ideally be client facing and able to manage a team of cost consultants. This consultancy work in a variety of sectors including hotel & Leisure, education, social housing and are involved in some of Scotland's top projects.

What you'll need to succeed

- RICS qualified
- Previous construction consultancy experience is essential
- Confident and client facing
- Ability to manage a team (previous management experience will be beneficial)
- Mix of sector experience will be highly looked upon
- Experience with cost planning, value engineering, preparing tenders, billing
