You would be working for a well-established consultancy that have been doing fantastically well during this troubled time, you would be joining a team of 25 professionals that would offer you the support and space you need to grow.

Having a good foot in both public and private sector you would work on a mixture of projects including Residential, Commercial and Education projects.

You would have full autonomy over small schemes and have the opportunity to be involved on the larger sexier projects, working as part of a team.

If you are already chartered then great, if not then you would have full support from your fellow piers, the business had two people successfully pass in November, something they are very proud of.

The Directors of the business are great at their jobs but also great company to be around, a massive part of their success and the reason they retain staff so well is down to the fact they’ve built a fantastic culture/working environment.

Recently they have been creating their own boot camps at lunch, something they have enjoyed so much they are going to try to keep up even when the gyms reopen.

That being said, finding the right character for them is key, having experience as a PQS is vital but being outgoing and ambitious is a necessity.
