We are eager to employ a Chartered Residential Surveyor and Valuer. We are an Independent Practice based in a lively part of Islington providing Building Surveys, Homebuyer Reports and a range of Party Wall services covering Greater London. Established in 2007, we have many years of experience and are ready to expand our business with the right person.
The Role
Chartered Residential Surveyor & Valuer
Providing Building Surveys, Homebuyer Reports and Valuations
Requirements
At least 3 years PQE with experience in producing Building Surveys & Homebuyer reports
Chartered or Associate membership with Registered Valuer Status
Full/part time or consultancy considered
Diligent, enthusiastic & motivated
Great attention to detail
Able to use initiative and take a proactive stance
Eagerness to be involved in taking the business into 2021 and beyond
