Director Property Management - Leeds

1^st Select have been retained by a national consultancy to recruit a Director of Property Management for their Leeds office.

You will be managing a portfolio on behalf of high-net-worth individuals and property companies. 

The portfolios are a mix of offices, industrial and retail.

The role is a mix of day-to-day management and asset management.  You will also be responsible for onboarding new properties when the clients purchase them.

This is a client facing role and you will deal directly with the property companies and high net worth individuals.

There is an emphasis on business development to grow the Management & Asset Management offering across the North of England.  

For this role you will ideally working in property management or have worked in property management.
