Experienced APC/MRICS Building Surveyor - consultancy - Milton Keynes
Beach Baker have been retained exclusively by a well-known consultancy to recruit an MRICS Building Surveyor for their Milton Keynes office. The building surveying team further strengthens their multidisciplinary offering and they are extremely busy, with a very strong pipeline of work for 2021.
Sectors worked in range from healthcare to retail and industrial. The role entails a 50/50 split between professional and project work, of which the successful candidate will be able to provide the full range of services to a high standard.
The role:
The candidate must be a 'go-getter' - able to work autonomously, commercially minded and keen to progress within a forward-thinking firm. You must be willing and able to travel - there is a car or car allowance provided.
Remuneration:
- £28,000 - £40,000, dependent on experience
- Car / car allowance
- Bonus
