Senior level property leasing professional sought by North West property owner to manage their extensive mixed retail portfolio. Applicants will have a background in tenant engagement & attraction, lease / tenancy negotiations, related legal matters, marketing and customer service/satisfaction. The role requires a Chartered Surveyor (F/MRICS) with previous experience and contacts within the retail leasing sector. The role is offering a salary of circa £50,000 (plus benefits).
