Highly established property consultancy that work across the UK are looking to appoint an Intermediate Building Surveyor to join their flourishing Manchester office.

The consultancy are looking for an Intermediate Building Surveyor with experience working within a commercial consultancy that is able to undertake instructions on their own initiative as well as assisting senior surveyors.

The successful Intermediate Building Surveyor will be undertaking a wide variety of instructions including but not limited to;

Project management,

Dilapidations,

Contract Administration

Building Pathology

The Successful Intermediate Building Surveyor will have;

BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
