Senior Project Manager/Associate Director - Commercial & Residential
£65-75k Basic Salary Negotiable plus bonus

Our client is a friendly, private construction consultancy based in central London. They are looking to expand their team and find either an Associate Director or a Senior level Project Manager ready to step up, to work on Commercial and Residential and Public Realm Projects.
As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing a range of mixed sector projects, both new build developments and refurbs and CAT A and B fit outs. Contract values will vary between £3m and £20m. You will be required to project deliver to the very highest of standards as these guys are consumate professionals, maintain and build on existing client relations and business develop new clients to support the continued success of this small, family feel consultancy. This is a real hands on role and would suit someone who wants to work with a small, friendly team where you are treated as a grown up and have the freedom and autonomy to do your job without the politics.
