Beach Baker are delighted to be recruiting a Building Surveyor for a small, centrally-located practice within Bristol.

This company, established over seven-years ago, has an enthusiastic team who are involved with both commercial and high-end residential projects, where most of the work is repeat business from their established client relationships. The office has fantastic views over central Bristol and employs a flat-management structure, which enables each employee to directly communicate with the business owner which creates a relaxed atmosphere. Being a small practice, the successful candidate will play a key role within the future growth of the business.

This is an exciting time to join the practice during this period of expansion, and we are seeking a self-motivated individual who is a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with experience working for a consultancy, client-side or public-sector organisation.
