Beach Baker are recruiting on behalf of a 'top 4' property consultancy who are seeking either an ambitious Senior Planner or an Associate to join the planning team in their Bristol office, based in the city centre.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join the firm and they have a strong pipeline of work in place for 2020/2021, predominantly within Bristol city centre and the wider South-West. Their client base is expansive, within sectors including residential (both private land owners and developers), commercial, education and also public-sector.
They are ideally seeking a 'generalist' planning professional, with a strong consultancy background and MRTPI accreditation. The team are extremely busy and there is plenty of work to get on with from day one. You will also be encouraged to develop future business and assist in the further expansion of the team in due course.
This really is an exceptional position and a chance to become really established within the South West market. The company provide a good benefits package and bonus system, encourage regular CPD and networking as well as an excellent progression structure in place.
