You will work for a construction consultancy based in the West Midlands. They are market leaders within their sector, operating across project management, building surveying and cost management.

Your new role
You will work as the Director of the Quantity Surveying team, with a view to lead the team, and grow it. Their aspirations are to double the size of the team, and continue to drive the business forward. You will continue to maintain the business that has already been developed, as well as form new relationships with clients. You will also take a lead on large scheme projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a senior level Quantity Surveyor, who is passionate about developing a business and managing a team. You will be MRICS qualified or equivalent and have experience working for a consultancy.
