Chartered Building Surveyor

CHARTERED BUILDING SURVEYOR: We are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor for this established Property Consultancy - a forward thinking, multi-disciplinary practice of chartered surveyors and property consultants in central London.

Responsibilities:

To assist with:

• Party wall issues
• Dilapidations
• Building surveys
• Contract administration
• Preparation of specifications
• Working with our external architects with the preparation of specifications and drawings
• Construction design and detailing
• Building Regulation and planning applications
• Project management
• Feasibility reports
• Conversion work
• Commercial refurbishment projects

Person Specification

Experience

• Building Surveyor with at least two year’s Post Qualification experience covering the full remit of contract and professional work
• Proven experience of Professional Services, in particular Party Walls and Dilapidations.

Computer skills

• Must be proficient in MSOffice especially Word and Excel
• Must be proficient in MS Outlook and Internet
• Knowledge of AutoCAD 2017
• Knowledge of Revit and Adobe Photoshop CC/Elements advantageous

Communication

• Must have a professional and friendly manner with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to deal effectively with all levels of both external and internal staff
• Knowledge of Revit and Adobe Photoshop CC/Elements advantageous
• Strong team player
• A flexible and adaptable approach is required
