These services include building consultancy, planning & development, commercial agency and property management to name a few.
The opportunity has come about due to an increase in project work. The type of work includes project monitoring CAT A & B Fitouts, through to project managing repairs on historic properties, working on behalf of livery companies. There will be an element of professional services, which will include dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, party wall, as well schedules of condition, defect diagnosis.
The successful candidate will be MRICS, an influential communicator that can assist with the business generation as well as providing the above services. You will be somebody that pays great attention to detail and can build/maintain relationships. You will have come from a commercial or high-end residential background and are capable in delivering projects up to £2m.
In return, the business provides a solid basic up to £60,000 along with bonus, pension, healthcare, discount offers and more.
