Our client is a leading consultancy with over 60 offices globally, delivering some of the world’s most iconic projects. Their ability to adapt to change this year has been sensational and due to their diverse client base and ongoing success. They are now looking for a chartered building surveyor to join in London.
The opportunity would suit those looking to progress and receive greater responsibility in their day to day. By greater, I don’t mean an overload of work. The business likes to ensure that workloads are balanced, though more importantly in line with what you enjoy and have aspirations to do and develop within.
Currently they have a number of live and upcoming commissions with private sector clients. This work entails everything from surveys, through to contract administration, project management, monitoring, dilapidations, TDD and more.
You will be supporting the directors, where you can play to your strengths and develop within areas you don’t feel so comfortable in or perhaps have not be exposed to. You will be working closely with clients, managing projects, where you will have the opportunity to identify new business and also take on responsibility mentoring APC graduates.
The most important thing in return that you’ll receive is support, safety and security. The business will provide a robust and exciting client base, solid basic salary, generous pension, 24 + days holiday, plus more amazing benefits. You will have the ability to manage your diary and most importantly will be rewarded upon your successes opposed to time served.
