Chartered Building Surveyor (Newly Qualified)

Our client are a talented team of surveyors, offering a superb opportunity for those wanting to work with private clients, within the high end residential and commercial space.

The business employs 10 strong. They are based near Kingston and geographically work across Central, Greater London and Surrey. They have had continuous retention of their services by some of the most enticing names within the industry including funds, major banks, occupiers, high-end residential owners/developers and more.

As a result of their successes, they are now looking to build the team and employ a chartered building surveyor, seeking a lifestyle that entails balance, autonomy, development and fantastic rewards.

The opportunity would be for somebody who enjoys project and monitoring work, as well as generalist building surveying. You will have the responsibility of maintaining several key accounts, working alongside a talented team, where projects range from major refurbishments, through to design and build and there will also be some elements of professional services such as building surveys, TDD, dilapidations & more.

The successful candidiate will be chartered (MRICS) ideally newly qualified up to 2 years PQE. You will have managed projects from inception to completion and have an appetite for wanting to push beyond boundaries and achieve great things. Monitoring experience is not a necessity though would be an added bonus.
