An award winning and growing consultancy, who provide strong opportunities with key clients, are now looking an ambitious and confident Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based in Cambridge, and supporting a consultancy who pride themselves on prestigious and exciting projects, repeat client business and continous opportunities within the organisation.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on Education, Health and Residential projects, that consist of New Build, Extensions, Refurbishment and Restoration works.

The consultancy are highly supportive with Senior Quantity Surveyors who are looking to take on further responsibilty, lead teams and work with leading clients.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role;

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for seeing said projects through to completion and providing the below duties:

Cost Planning
Measurements
BOQs
Manage own projects
Support key clients
Drive your team forward

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will ideally have 8+ years experience and;

BSc in Quantity Surveying
MRICS
Open to all Quantity Surveying duties
Strong Pre contract experience
Motivated and Confident
Determined to make your mark
Leadership of small teams experience
